In 2022, the father of two of our founders was diagnosed with lung cancer. As his illness progressed, he became immobile and endured immense pain, yet he was still required to travel an hour by car for routine chemotherapy blood tests. Despite repeated pleas, home testing was not made available. For the family, this was a deeply traumatic experience, and it highlighted a painful truth: too many patients face unnecessary suffering simply to access essential care.
Rempath Health was created in response to this challenge, born from both personal experience and professional expertise. Our mission is to ensure that no patient, or their loved ones, has to endure the same ordeal. We have built an end-to-end solution that brings diagnostics into the home: a software platform that allows clinicians to order any required test, a nationwide fulfilment network, and seamless lab integration. Through a painless blood withdrawal device, usable by clinicians or patients themselves we make it possible to test anyone, anywhere.
Whether providers choose to connect into their own IT infrastructure and laboratory networks or use ours, the outcome is the same: patients receive the care they need without the burden of unnecessary travel. We also enable patients to request tests directly, delivered straight to their home.

Rempath™ offers an extensive pathology network, providing lab capacity across the United States. As part of the onboarding process, we collaborate with our partners to determine the most efficient, payer, logistical and clinical lab locations to serve their patients. All test results are securely transmitted back into the Rempath™ portal and directed into your preferred Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or Electronic Health Records. Lab selection is guided by each client’s needs which may vary by state or insurance network affiliation.
